AccuratePredict is a free information service. It is not a bookmaker, it does not accept bets, and it does not guarantee any prediction. Using the site means accepting these terms. They are written to be readable; where a clause matters we have said why rather than burying it.

- Predictions carry no warranty. They are probabilities, and probabilities lose.
- We are not liable for betting losses. Any stake you place is your decision alone.
- Free, with nothing to buy, so there is no payment or refund clause here at all.
These terms apply to accuratepredict.com and are a binding agreement between you and African Sporting Technology Ltd. The date of the current revision is shown in the byline at the top of this page, and it changes whenever the terms do.
1. What AccuratePredict Is
AccuratePredict publishes sports predictions, statistics and tools, free of charge. We are an information service. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold customer funds, settle wagers or operate any gambling service, and we are not licensed as an operator because we do not need to be. Where the site links to bookmakers, those are independent businesses and your relationship is with them.
2. You Must Be 18 or Over
This site is intended for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that betting is lawful where you are. Gambling law differs sharply between countries and within them, and it is your responsibility to know your own position.
3. Predictions Carry No Warranty
Every prediction on this site is a probability estimate produced by a model. Probabilities are wrong a predictable share of the time, by design. A selection rated 70 percent is expected to lose roughly three times in ten. We make no representation that any prediction will be correct, and no statement anywhere on this site should be read as a promise of a result.
We do not describe predictions as sure, guaranteed or certain, and anyone presenting our content as such is misrepresenting it.
4. No Betting Advice, and No Liability for Losses
Nothing on AccuratePredict is financial, investment or betting advice, and nothing is a recommendation to place any particular bet or to stake any particular amount. Every betting decision you make is yours alone.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of this site, including betting losses, losses from acting on a prediction, losses from a booking code that did not convert as expected, and losses arising from data that turned out to be inaccurate or out of date. If you are not willing to lose a stake, do not place it.
5. Accuracy and Availability
We take real care over accuracy and we publish corrections openly, but we do not warrant that the site is error free, complete or continuously available. Fixture data, odds and results come from third party feeds and can be delayed or wrong. Odds in particular move constantly and the odds shown here may not be available by the time you reach a bookmaker.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
6. Your Account
An account is optional and free, and it exists only for the leaderboard and vote and win. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. One account per person: duplicate accounts created to game the leaderboard will be removed, along with their entries.
We may suspend or delete an account that is used to abuse the service, harass others, scrape the site at scale, or break these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from settings, which removes your account and your prediction history.
7. Acceptable Use
You may read, link to and share our pages freely. You may not scrape or bulk copy the site, republish our predictions or data as your own or as a substantial extract, present our content as guaranteed outcomes, use the site to break any law, or interfere with its operation or security. Automated access beyond normal reading requires our written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
The content, design, code and models on this site belong to African Sporting Technology Ltd or our licensors. Team names, competition names, bookmaker names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only. Quoting a short extract with a link back is fine and welcome.
9. Third Party Links and Advertising
We link to bookmakers and other third parties, and we carry advertising. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or conduct. A link is not an endorsement, and commercial relationships are disclosed on the pages they affect per our editorial policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The revision date in the byline changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised version. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your own country.
