Percentages are our win probability for home, draw and away, and always total 100. The tip on this page is always Correct Score; the price is the best we found for it. A pick rated 62 percent is expected to lose roughly four times in ten.

How Correct Score Settles

What counts, and what does not

  1. The exact final score. You name the scoreline, home goals and away goals, and it must match exactly.
  2. Ninety minutes only. The score after 90 minutes plus stoppage time settles the bet, not the score after extra time.
  3. Any other scoreline loses. A 2-1 pick loses to a 2-0 and to a 1-2.
  4. Own goals count in the official score and therefore in the result.

Settlement rules vary slightly between bookmakers. Where practice differs we say "most bookmakers"; check the rules of the one you use before placing anything.

About Our Correct Score Predictions

What the market is, how we rate it, where it tends to land and how to use the page

Correct score predictions name the exact final scoreline, and they are the hardest call we publish. Even in a fixture we rate strongly the single most likely score rarely clears 20 percent, because the goals can be shared across a dozen plausible results. That is why the prices are long and why this page is the shortest on the football predictions hub: we list only the fixtures where one scoreline stands clear of the rest, and we publish the probability so nobody mistakes a 16 percent call for a confident one.

How We Rate a Correct Score

From the expected goals figure for each side, which gives a probability for every scoreline from 0-0 upward. The most likely score in a typical fixture is a low one, 1-0, 1-1 or 2-1, because those are the results that happen most. A fixture qualifies for this page when its top scoreline clears our threshold and stands well ahead of the second. Strong favourites at home against weak defences produce the clearest calls, because a 2-0 or 3-0 pulls away from the field. The method is on how we make predictions.

Using a Correct Score Prediction

As a single against a long price, never as an accumulator leg. The useful comparison is our probability against the price: a 2-1 at 8.00 implies about 12 percent after margin, and if our figure reads 16 the price is generous. If the exact score feels too tight a call, the over 2.5 and both teams to score markets describe the same shape of match with a wider net. The head to head page shows what recent meetings produced, which is worth a look before naming a score.

Where Clear Correct Score Calls Come From

Mismatches more than anywhere else: a top side at home in the Premier League or La Liga against a side that rarely scores away, where a 2-0 stands clear. Low scoring leagues produce clear 1-0 and 0-0 calls, and African league football, including the NPFL, has a high share of both. Open leagues such as the Bundesliga spread the probability across more scorelines and rarely qualify.

How to Use This Page

The chips above the table switch market. The country and competition selects narrow the table to one competition without leaving the page. The day pills move to tomorrow or the week ahead, and the date picker goes to any day. Every row links to the full fixture page, where the analysis explains the number. When a pick settles it stays on the site with its result, and the market's strike rate on the accuracy page is calculated from that archive, losses included. The football predictions hub carries the same fixtures across every market.

Frequently Asked Questions

What people ask about correct score predictions.

Question 1

Do you give free correct score predictions?

Answer 1Yes. Every correct score pick on this page is free, with the probability attached and no account needed. We list only the fixtures where one scoreline stands clear of the rest, so the page is short on purpose.
Question 2

Do you predict correct scores for international matches?

Answer 2Yes. International fixtures are rated the same way as club fixtures when they are on, with the same probability and the same threshold. They appear here on international match days and not otherwise.
Question 3

What does correct score mean?

Answer 3That you name the exact final score, home goals and away goals, and it must match the result after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Question 4

Why are correct score odds so high?

Answer 4Because the probability of any single exact scoreline is low. Even the most likely score in a fixture rarely clears 20 percent, so the price on it is long.
Question 5

What is the most common correct score in football?

Answer 5Low scorelines: 1-0, 1-1 and 2-1 are the most frequent results in most leagues. The exact ranking varies by competition and season, and we only quote figures we have measured.
Question 6

Does extra time affect a correct score bet?

Answer 6No. It settles on the score at the end of 90 minutes plus stoppage time, unless the bookmaker specifically offers a market on the full match.
Question 7

Why are there so few correct score predictions?

Answer 7Because we only list a fixture when one scoreline clears our threshold and stands clear of the rest. Most fixtures do not.
Question 8

Are the Correct Score predictions free?

Answer 8Yes. Every prediction on this site is free, with no paid tier, no VIP group, no subscription and no account needed to view anything.
Question 9

What time are Correct Score predictions posted?

Answer 9By 06:00 West Africa Time each day, then revised when confirmed team news lands. The last updated stamp at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
Question 10

How accurate are the Correct Score predictions?

Answer 10We publish the settled record rather than a marketing figure. Every pick stays on the site after the result, wins and losses, and the strike rate on the accuracy page is calculated from that archive.
Question 11

Can I convert a Correct Score slip to another bookmaker?

Answer 11Yes. Build the slip anywhere, then paste the booking code into the booking code converter to rebuild the same selections on any of the bookmakers we support.
